Our Story

We’re Shear Beauty, a premier beauty salon in Dwight, IL! Our owner and founder, Andrea Scheuer, started doing work in her mother’s basement. When clientele started to build up she had to expand and open the salon. We’re here to help you look beautiful and enhance your look!

At Shear Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ll work closely with our clients to achieve their desired look and accommodate any of their needs or preferences. We’re here to help you feel like the most confident version of yourselves. We want customers to leave happy and if you are unsatisfied with our services, we’ll be sure to make it right.

We specialize in a wide variety of hair services including color, cuts, trimming, replacements, extensions, perms, treatments, and styling. We cater to both men and women as well as kids to ensure everyone is taken care of. We offer different skin and facial services including body sugaring, facial waxing, body waxing, makeup, lashes, facials, and spray tans. We can guarantee we have something to offer everyone!
